if you would like to show your jabber status to people visiting your website this is for you.

1. add status@jabber.cc to your roster and let it subscribe to your presence
2. on your website, include a <img> tag with a source of

http://jabber.cc/jos/status.php?jid=your_jabber_id

replacing your_jabber_id with the jabber id you used to subscribe to status@jabber.cc

This will produce a picture like these:   

If you add

&size=large

after your jabber id to the source of the image, the pictures will look like this:   

You will appear offline if you are not "online" or "available for chat". This is *not* limited to jabber.cc-adresses.

if you think these icons are ugly... feel free to create new ones and let us know. ;)
